Located in Frederick, Maryland, we’ve spent almost six years growing microgreens for ourselves and family. We started with wheatgrass, juicing for ourselves and family to make it easier to consume, but the juicing process was labor-intensive. Seeking a simpler way to enjoy the benefits, we experimented with a freeze dryer to create freeze-dried microgreen powder (Wheatgrass, Broccoli, Peas). This made it easier for family members to include these nutrients in their diets on a daily basis.

What started with just a few trays of wheatgrass has grown into a dedicated, climate-controlled space that can support up to 120 trays of microgreens if needed consistently every week. We’re operating as a Maryland producer of raw agricultural commodities (Microgreens). This means we cut once to harvest and no other processing afterwards.

As enthusiast of healthy cooking, we share our favorite recipes and tips here on the site, adding new content regularly. Feel free to send your recipes and pictures for us to include.
